We have all been thrown into chaotic times, rapid changes and mounting issues that tax our nervous system and our ability to cope and respond. We are now seeing the longer term impacts the pandemic has had on our daily lives, from additional work responsibilities, caring for loved ones or school age children, and the ever increasing pressure this has put on mental health and our wellbeing as individuals and a community. In a time when we are each spread increasingly thinner, the ability to respond with curiosity and compassion is needed more than ever. This session will share tips and simple practices that can help build your resilience to be a better leader at work and in your personal life.
